Processing Times:

• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

• Domestic Shipping (within Mauritius):

  • Standard Shipping: Rs 200, estimated delivery in 10-14 business days.

  • Express Shipping is currently being configured.

• International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout, estimated delivery in 7-14 business days.

  • Express International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout, estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Use this number to monitor your shipment.

Customs and Duties:

• International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
